CIVIQ,the 67-unit mixed-use development proposed for
Telegraph and 51st Street, was unanimously approved by the Planning
Commission on January 18.
All of us developing the project have lived and worked in the neighborhood
for many years. We initially designed the project to meet community values
developed six years ago for the former site of the Pussycat Theater,
